Nationwide Boiler's E²Stak is a concept built around Nationwide Boiler's proven environmental controls - the CataStak™ and EconoStak. It combines the CataStak's low NOx emission reductions with the EconoStak's efficiency savings, in one engineered emissions/efficiency flange to flange package.

The CataStak, a portable, low-temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) System, capable of reducing NOx emissions by over 90% to less than 5 ppm, is mounted to the exhaust stack of the boiler. The hot gases from the CataStak then flow through the EconoStak and heat is extracted for preheating boiler feedwater, saving a significant amount of fuel and resulting in substantial cost savings.

The E²Stak provides all the benefits the CataStak and EconoStak have to offer - decreased emissions, increased energy efficiency, and GHG/carbon reducing solutions that provide a payback.
