NATIONWIDE BOILER INC. SIGNS EXCLUSIVE U.S. DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH CRI CATALYST COMPANY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS TECHNOLOGY

Fremont, California, May 22, 2008...Nationwide Boiler Inc., the largest boiler rental firm in the Western United States, announced a new agreement with CRI Catalyst Company (CRI), a catalyst technology company of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. The agreement grants exclusive rights to Nationwide Boiler for the sale, engineering and distribution of CRI's environmental catalyst, exclusive for boilers 250,000 pph and below in the United States. This allows Nationwide Boiler to expand sales of the CataStak™, a proven selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system which helps industrial users reduce NOx emissions below 5 ppm.

"Nationwide Boiler has an impressive repeat customer base for the CataStak and the most successful California boiler SCR installations to date. This new agreement with CRI allows us to increase our reach to other areas outside of California, where low emission requirements are predicted to reach levels comparable to California. The CataStak has helped many companies in different industries achieve their goals of lowering their overall carbon footprint and becoming 'green' producers and we look forward to doing the same for companies outside of California," states Larry Day, Nationwide Boiler’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

The SCR market continues to grow rapidly as stringent emission standards are implemented by local air quality boards nationwide. Currently, various counties in California are required to meet 9 ppm NOx, with levels expected to decrease further over the next several years down to 5 ppm.

A division of Shell, CRI Catalyst, based in Houston, Texas, has extensive experience in providing catalyst products, services, and technology to a wide range of combustion, chemical and incineration processes. The company is dedicated to supplying the most efficient and cost-effective catalysts to customers around the world.

Nationwide Boiler Inc., founded in 1967, is the largest boiler rental firm west of the Mississippi. In addition to renting large industrial boilers, the firm specializes in low NOx emission equipment, environmental controls (including the CataStak SCR system), EconoStak economizers, and other boiler ancillary equipment. The firm’s national headquarters are in Fremont, California with sales and service agents throughout North America. The firm is privately held.
