In addition to the variety of boilers available for rent from Nationwide Boiler, we also maintain a large inventory of the auxiliary systems needed to complete a temporary steam supply system. Among these are mobile water treatment vans, skid-mounted duplex water softeners, deaerators, CataStak SCR systems for low NOx emissions, EconoStak economizers, E2Stasolutions.
• Mobile Water Treatment Van - These self-contained units are capable of performing all chemical treatment, softening and deaeration necessary to support 100% make-up water for a boiler installation of up to 165,000 lb/hr capacity. Fully integrated and self-contained with the exception of electric power, these units are designed to deliver up to 300 gpm of 227°F boiler-quality water with 100% raw make-up. Water softener capacity is 1,500,000 grains. The deaerator is rated at 0.005 cc/liter from 20% - 100% of operating range.

• Skid-Mounted Duplex Water Softeners - These modular systems are available in various sizes ranging from 210,000 to 1,500,000 grains. Continuous treated water capacity is from 40-300 gpm. Regeneration is automatic and flow-meter initiated. Although developed primarily for treating boiler feedwater, these units are suitable for any industrial or institutional application where large-scale, automatic water softening is a requirement.
• Deaerators - High capacity and special-application deaerators are available.
• CataStak™ SCR Systems - The CataStak is a portable, low-temperature Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system. It is capable of reducing NOx emissions by as much as 90%. CataStak consists of a single-reactor housing with catalyst and an ammonia injection skid. It is also available as an add-on for existing and new package boilers.
• EconoStak Economizers - Decrease operating costs and increase efficiency with Nationwide Boiler’s exclusive EconoStak. It is an optional feature available on most of Nationwide’s rental boilers. It consists of an economizer and all of the associated piping
and structural supports required for efficient and safe operation.
• E2Stak - The E2Stak combines the CataStak's low NOx emission reductions with the efficiency savings of the EconStak, in one engineered emissions/efficiency flange to flange package. Enjoy low NOx emissions and increased efficiency - all in one.
