  Nationwide Boiler pioneered the concept of Trailer Mounting package boilers

Mobile Boiler Rooms are generally outfitted with firetube boilers in sizes from 100 - 650 HP with operating pressure from 15 - 250 psi. In addition to the advantages offered by trailer-mounted boilers, they also provide:

  • Enclosed work area - The entire steam plant, water treatment equipment and system controls, are mounted inside a van-type structure.
  • Inclement weather protection - No additional structures are required for protecting the equipment from rain, freezing temperatures, etc.
  • Personnel convenience - These units provide office space for maintaining log books, water chemistry testing, etc., and for the comfort of boiler operators.
  • Esthetically pleasing -Mobile boiler rooms are attractive which can be an important consideration if the temporary steam plant is being located in a place that is visible to the public.
