New In-Stock Boilers Currently In Production!

One of Nationwide Boiler’s advantages to our customers is having both brand new boilers and good quality, reconditioned boilers in-stock and available for immediate purchase. Recently, we increased our equipment inventory by purchasing some brand new boilers to offer for quick or immediate purchase.

First, we have three brand new Superior boilers currently in production, which are replacements of the three in-stock units we recently sold. These 47.5 hp, 119 hp, and 475 hp boilers are all designed at 250 psig for a large range of operating capabilities. All boilers include a Powerflame ultra low NOx burner, capable of firing natural gas. The two smaller units include a duplex feedwater system with condensate return tank and preheater, and an ASME blowdown separator with aftercooler package, both mounted and pre-piped. This factory integrated skid design reduces installation time and costs.

Also in production are two new Cleaver-Brooks firetube boilers, 500 hp and 800 hp.These boilers are also designed at 250 psig and will include low NOx burners capable of firing natural gas or #2 oil.

And we can't leave out our latest innovation, the world's first 1,000 hp mobile boiler room! It is currently in production in Hutchinson, KS and scheduled to be ready for service along with the other new units in mid-April. 

The new Superior boilers will be stored at our headquarters in Fremont, CA, while the new Cleaver-Brooks boilers will reside on the East Coast.
