Rental Boiler Controls
Verify whether the control panel is mounted to the rental boiler or shipped separately, whether it is weatherproof, and whether it features a PLC-based control system. Remote control panels often require additional field wiring, tubing, and installation labor, increasing both project costs and startup time.
Our rental boilers feature factory-mounted, pre-wired control panels to simplify installation and reduce field labor. We also design and build our own UL-certified control panels at our fabrication facility in Washougal, Washington. As part of our ongoing fleet modernization program, our watertube rental boilers have been upgraded with PLC-based touchscreen control panels, providing enhanced system monitoring, operator convenience, and reliable boiler operation.
