Current VP of Sales, Jim Lieskovan, has been appointed President effective August 1, 2026, and Larry Day will continue in his role as CEO through his retirement in January 2027.
Serving as Nationwide Boiler’s President and CEO since 2016, Larry has played a key role in guiding the company’s growth, strengthening its market position, and advancing Nationwide Boiler’s capabilities across its rental, sales, and emissions control businesses. As CEO, he will continue to provide strategic leadership and oversight during the transition period. “I am proud of what we have accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving as CEO through my retirement,” said Larry. “Nationwide Boiler has an exceptional team and a strong foundation built on integrity, dependability, and real customer service. Jim Lieskovan brings extensive industry and leadership experience to his new role as President. Jim has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth throughout his tenure with Nationwide Boiler. Larry will remain actively involved as CEO through his retirement in January 2027, providing continuity and strategic direction during the transition period. Upon his retirement, Jim Lieskovan will assume full responsibility as President and CEO of Nationwide Boiler, and Larry Day will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
